Hi All,
In case you encounter an issue when using our apps, you can follow these steps to send us the PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) and HAR (HTTP Archive) for further investigation. It is essential that these are recorded simultaneously in an InPrivate / Incognito Mode window where you have previously cleared your caches and cookies.
Create PSR File
To create a PSR file, please follow the instructions here. For your convenience, if you are using a Mac, you can utilize QuickTime Player to record your screen.
Open the Problem Steps Recorder by clicking the Start button (Windows icon on the bottom left of the screen), and then select Windows Accessories > Steps Recorder (in Windows 10), or Accessories > Problem Steps Recorder (in Windows 7 or Windows 8.1)

Select Start Record to start the recording.

Login to your portal and kindly continue your desired action. Reproduce the issue you want to troubleshoot.
When you are done, select Stop Record.
Review the record of the steps you followed to make sure it shows what you want it to show. Select Save, name the .zip file, choose where to save it, and then select Save.

Create HAR file
To create a HAR file, please follow the instructions here.
Generate a HAR file using Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome:
Go to the web page where you’re experiencing the issue.
In the top right corner of the window, select the ellipsis icon, then More tools > Developer tools. You can press F12 as a shortcut.

In the Developer tools pane, select the Network tab.
Select Stop recording network log and Clear to remove existing logs. The record icon will turn grey.
Select Record network log to start recording. When you start recording, the record icon will turn red.
Reproduce the issue you want to troubleshoot.
After you’ve reproduced the issue, select Stop recording network log.
Select Export HAR, marked with a downward-arrow icon, and save the file.
Need further assistance?
If you need help at any point during the process or if you're unsure whether your recordings captured the issue correctly, feel free to reach out to our support team. Sharing both the PSR and HAR files with a brief description of the issue will help us diagnose the problem more efficiently and provide a quicker resolution. We're here to help!
