How to Contact Microsoft Support for Assistance

If you are facing issues with your subscription, it’s important to note that the subscription process is entirely managed by Microsoft. As a last resort, we recommend raising a ticket with Microsoft Support.



1) Sign-in using your Microsoft 365 Account and Select Microsoft 365



2) Select Get Business Support



3) Summarize the issue you are experiencing, for example:



4) Submit your enquiry. After that, you can select Contact Support on the bottom part.



5) Fill the form
