Hi all,
Instant notifications within Microsoft Teams bring a new level of efficiency, and CRM As A Service fully leverages this to enhance your CRM experience.
Teams users understand the value of receiving real-time messages within their primary workspace. Instant updates foster quicker responses, seamless collaboration, and a more dynamic workflow—far more efficient than traditional email threads.
With this in mind, we've designed CRM As A Service to deliver real-time chatbot notifications for every key interaction. Whether it's a new lead, an updated opportunity, or changes to cases, you'll stay informed instantly, ensuring no important update slips through the cracks.

Chatbot Installation
The chatbot is installed automatically when a user connects to a CRM As A Service instance for the first time. If you have already logged into the CRM app but still don't see a chatbot named "CRM As A Service" follow the instructions in the Reinstall Chatbot section below.

Who Receives Notifications and When?
The Owner, Follower, and Assignee (for Cases only) of Leads, Opportunities, and Cases will receive notifications when:
A follower is added.
The associated Contact is changed or deleted.
The associated Organization is changed or removed.
A Lead, Opportunity, or Case is archived, deleted, or merged.
A Lead is converted into an Opportunity.
The status is updated (for Opportunities and Cases).
The stage is updated (for Opportunities).
For Contacts, only the Owner of the Contact will receive notifications when the associated Organization is changed or removed. Note: If you are the one performing the action, you will not receive a notification for it.
Activity Notifications
In CRM As A Service, when an activity is added or updated within an entity, notifications are sent to:
The Owner of the activity.
The Owner of the related Leads, Opportunities, and Cases.
The Follower of the related Leads, Opportunities, and Cases.
This ensures that all relevant stakeholders stay informed about important interactions and updates, enhancing collaboration and keeping everyone aligned on ongoing engagements.

Daily Notification
CRM As A Service provides daily notifications to keep users informed about important activities. These notifications are delivered every day at 8 AM (based on the time zone configured in CRM) and serve as reminders for overdue activities and today’s scheduled activities, ensuring that critical tasks are not overlooked.
Unlike general notifications, daily activity notifications are sent only to the Owner of the activity, helping them stay organized and on top of their schedule without unnecessary distractions for other team members. This feature enhances productivity by keeping users aware of their pending and upcoming responsibilities.
