To provide the best experience globally, Ticketing As A Service is available in three regions, each optimized for a specific geographical area.
Global (US) – This instance delivers faster performance for organizations in the North America and Latin America regions. With US-based servers, it also supports data residency requirements for compliance with local sovereignty laws, industry regulations, and standards like HIPAA.
EU (EMEA) – Specifically designed for organizations that require their data to remain within the European Union to ensure compliance with GDPR, this isntance also benefits organizations in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region by providing faster performance. -
APAC (AUS) – This instance delivers faster performance for organizations in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. With AUS-based servers, it also supports data residency requirements for compliance with local sovereignty laws, industry regulations, and standards like Australia Privacy Act 1988.
While the app remains the same across all regions, each instance/region operates independently. This means that if you start a trial in one region and later subscribe in another, your active subscription will not carry over to the region where you initially trialed the app.
What to Do If Your Trial and Subscription Are in Different Regions
If you started a trial on the Global (US) version but subscribed to the EU version (or APAC version), you must choose one of the following options:
a) Continue in the Version Where You Started Your Trial
If you want to stay with Global (US) version but mistakenly subscribed to EU version (or APAC), you can cancel your subscription within 72 hours to avoid charges. Then, subscribe to Global (US) version.
b) Continue in the Newly Subscribed Version
If you subscribed to the EU version or APAC version but previously trialed the app in the Global (US) version, there’s no need to change your subscription. Simply add the correct version of the app to your Teams with the links below and your subscription will automatically apply.
To avoid confusion, we strongly recommend uninstalling the unncessary App version from your Teams tenant. Learn how to uninstall an app.
Ticket migration between instances / regions is not available.
Ticket migration between version is not supported at this time. Tickets created in one version cannot be transferred to another. If you're unsure which App region to use or need help with your subscription, our team is here to assist you. Having the right setup ensures a seamless experience with Ticketing As A Service.
